Make your own laundry liquid! It's cheaper, kinder to the environment and doesn't itch.

  Have you noticed laundry liquid is problematic these days? It doesn't seem to clean as well as it used to, causes skin irritation, itching and rashes and costs a LOT. Well, you can easily make your own, at a fraction of the cost. In fact, I now make it for around $5 for 10 litres. Yes, that's true! The basic ingredients are available in the supermarket - epsom salts, washing soda, laundry soap bar and essential oils for fragrance, if you wish. Since I started making it I've noticed a few fantastic differences: It's so cheap! It doesn't irritate skin. It cleans really dirty clothes without the need for stain removal spray. Everything smells so fresh and clean! It takes about 40 minutes to make and bottle, less time than driving to the shop and back. It makes 10 litres, which lasts 2-3 months., depending on how much doggie bedding stuff needs washing!
